Hello Nourish was founded by Bri Towne, certified yoga instructor 2oohr RYT, M.S. Nutrition graduate student, stress researcher and mother of 3 (almost 4!) to help women navigate the often times confusing arena of wellness by taking a science-backed approach to food, exercise and health psychology. Bri's goal is to make wellness natural, comfortable, and simple for every woman. No more trends or fads, just simple nutrition, exercise and mindfulness that you can incorporate in to everyday life.
Our philosophy centers around comfort. So we're not going to tell you to give up entire food groups or drastically cut out sugar, fats, carbs, etc. In fact, we love all of those things! We at Hello Nourish know that with true health, you don't have to follow a strict restrictive diet to be healthy. Because you have the mindset and self-efficacy and self-love to not only know what's best for your body, but know when to give it grace and patience.
Health is a practice, like anything else. So one day of indulging doesn't mean your entire plan is scratched. Just the opposite! It means you're learning, growing, evolving in to the healthy human you want to be.
